It has also been announced that Julia Udine, who is currently starring as Christine Daaé on the National Tour of Phantom, will play the role on Broadway from 15 December, after Patterson leaves the show. New cast member Kaley Ann Voorhees will take over her alternate Christine duties. Current alternate Christine Mary Michael Patterson will then be promoted to the starring role from 8 September and will play a limited engagement through to 13 December 2014.

Sierra Boggess will play her last performance as Christine Daaé on Saturday 6 September.
